I had bleach left on my roots for 2.5 hours which burnt my scalp and caused a bad reaction to the toner when applied. I was offered an alternative colour but there was not enough to cover my hair and so it was extremely patchy. I left the salon in tears without an apology. I am waiting to hear back from the salon regarding a refund.
