I had bleach left on my roots for 2.5 hours which burnt my scalp and caused a bad reaction to the toner when applied. I was offered an alternative colour but there was not enough to cover my hair and so it was extremely patchy. I left the salon in tears without an apology. I am waiting to hear back from the salon regarding a refund.

Katie at Ray of Ginger has done my hair for years but last Saturday I was offered an appointment with Lianne for a toner and blow dry. Lianne was super friendly and really showed a genuine interest in me… the experience was second to no other and I want everyone to know what an amazing hairdresser and people person Lianne is! She will go far at Ray of Ginger as is totally focussed on the customer experience and is such a warm and lovely person. Thanks for an amazing blow dry Lianne. xx
