Katie corrected a botch home dye colour. I was so upset as it was hours before a wedding I was attending. She bent over backwards and booked me in despite being fully booked. I immediately felt confident she could handle what I believed to be an impossible situation. What a lady. So very grateful it’s hard to put into words. Thank you until the next time! 🍾🥂
