We were running late and I called early and explained I would be late. Arrived there and they said I was too late, although I only wanted to get my fringe done and there was half an hour remaining and I was still charged full price for it. The other appointment was for 1 hour and we were on time for that. The picture shown and the actual haircut was the opposite of what was requested. It was cut too short. She was upset with it as she wanted it medium length and curled.

Mia was really friendly, happy and so knowledgeable she told me everything she was going to do not had my hair coloured in a salon for a very long time I would recommend Mia all the time and ray of ginger! Cannot wait for my next visit 🤗
