It was my first time at Ray of Ginger. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was really happy with my cut and styling with Katie. I'll definitely be going back.

Sandra really listened to what I was looking for, talked me through it all, considered practicalities, emotional needs, appearance, maintenance, was super friendly, just brilliant. Can't recommend enough.

I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Nafisa is the first makeup artist who has truly listened to what I wanted! My hair and makeup lasted all day and I had so many compliments. I will definitely be back and recommending to everyone I know! 😁 Thank you! X

We were running late and I called early and explained I would be late. Arrived there and they said I was too late, although I only wanted to get my fringe done and there was half an hour remaining and I was still charged full price for it. The other appointment was for 1 hour and we were on time for that. The picture shown and the actual haircut was the opposite of what was requested. It was cut too short. She was upset with it as she wanted it medium length and curled.
