Went there for a wax,the door to the wax room was right next to customers, so when it opened they could see me.I’m pretty sure the wax that was used was not lycon,it’s was another brand called Just Wax.But,I still got charged for it and didn’t realise until I got home. The waxer had a cold energy and I felt uncomfortable. She didn’t cleanse me and when I went home, 70% of the hair was just broken, so I was left with stubble.Soon after the wax, the waxer just left and was washing someone’s hair!
