I like my haircut, however I was told it was an extra £10 (making it £50) as I booked for a cut when it was a restyle. I didn't question but after talking to a few people I wish I did. I was in there just under an hour which is what the £40 medium cut is (I have shoulder length hair)

I'm normally in so much pain when I go for a wax & end up bruising. But this lady had such gentle hands,I wasn't in any pain at all!
