My nails look fine after getting them done. But I have never had such badly threaded eyebrows. They practically took off all my eyebrow hair even after I asked them to not do it too thin. They left one thin line of hair after going at them hard with tweezers. They are completely uneven and the skin around them is all inflamed. They had to tint them to make it look like I have any eyebrow left. I am so upset.

My lashes remained stuck to my eye lids for over 9 weeks. Some of my eyelashes also broke in half. They are only just starting to recover and they look a mess.
I called Bee after I got back from my holiday 2 weeks later, who told me I should have called her the day after my lift and she would have told me to wash them. Like I knew they would remain stuck!? She did not offer an apology or accept any accountability. Instead giving very patronising responses. Clearly left on too long.
