I booked for Olaplex and it was my first time. They didn’t even confirm my name or the treatment I booked for and after reaching back home only I realise that they did something else on my hair.

I believe the overall look in the end was nice. However, I found the blow dry and combing quite aggressive to my scalp and neck as there was a lot of heavy brushing involved and pulling. Further, I really believe you must ask before thinning someone’s hair. My fringe was taken to with the thinning scissors without my realising, taking out a huge amount of weight and creating a much different look than I’m used to and causing my fringe to fly up now when I’m walking about.

Staff were friendly, the hair wash wasn’t great. Cold water and not relaxing. Blow dry was good looked lovely when finished, just didn’t hold for long. Would recommend the team and would go back again
