I was greeted pleasantly, starting my treatment within 5 minutes of arriving. Friendly staff, given a nice coffee. The stylist listened to what I wanted and also made suggestions. Cut very well and it styles easily at home. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I received a text the remind me in the morning too.

It was my first time at Rapunzel's and I had a facial, eyebrow threading, cut and balyage treatment. I was there for 5 hours!! I am so pleased with everything, the ladies are lovely and really great at their job. The only thing that could have made my experience a little more pleasant is perhaps being offered something to drink. Most hair salons will offer tea / coffee as you are there for a while. This is my only comment though, overall five stars.
