Very professional staff- the young lady that did my wax was friendly- the lady that did my blow dry was good, listened to what I wanted- accommodated a fringe trim too, the hair dryer was rather on the hot side against my ears though.

Everything was great, I felt comfortable and looked after although I struggled to get through a full Hollywood wax as I'm a bit of a wimp so had to stop due to the pain. I also booked hot wax but my treatments were amended as I had cream wax instead. Would recommend and return for future treatments. Thank you for putting up with me!
