As soon as I walked through the door I was made very welcome by all the staff. Lauren is absolutely lovely, she really listened to what I was trying to explain to her & understood my wishes. Her care & personality came through & she put me at ease. I suffer with panic attacks & don’t usually go out on my own especially to get my hair done. I didn’t feel anxious at all thanks to Lauren & the other girls. I got the hair cut exactly as I wanted & I look forward to going back next time, thanks you
