I have short hair and I ask to be cut like one cm and the person who cut just did 2/3 mm so I wasn’t really pleased in that aspect but for the rest everything was correct.

My first time visiting and the environment when your first walk in so welcoming, sat down straight away and got offered a hot drink quickly. Charlotte listened to exactly what I wanted and threw some of her ideas in when I wasn’t sure. She took her time and I’ve never had a better experience like that elsewhere.
