I had a great haircut and experience. The hairdresser was very understanding and friendly and explained everything she did to me. However I do wish they had washed my hair a bit more thoroughly and got down to the scalp! Also I found out that it would have been cheaper if I had booked directly with the hairdresser instead of going through Treatwell!

Glynn was great and me feel very comfortable. he talked me through what he was doing while styling my hair so l could do it at home, this was a great help as l had a completely new style. All staff were friendly and welcoming.
