I had my first ever facial with Raluca, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had.
I've always looked after my skin, and skincare has always been something I'm passionate about. Raluca recognised that, but she took me from simply caring for my skin to truly understanding it through the education she shared throughout the treatment.
From start to finish, she made the whole experience exceptional. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. During the consultation, she talked me through every step of the facial, explaining exactly what she was doing and why, which made me feel completely at ease.
The care didn't stop when I left. A few hours later, she checked in to see how my skin was feeling and followed up with personalised skincare recommendations. She didn't just tell me which facial to book next—she explained why it would benefit my skin and even suggested other treatments she genuinely believed I would enjoy alongside my facials, with absolutely no pressure.
Her energy is infectious, and she had me laughing throughout the entire appointment. It's rare to meet someone who is not only incredibly skilled but also makes you feel so comfortable and cared for.
I'll definitely be returning, and I genuinely believe I've found my forever skincare specialist.

I Had a Japanese head Spa with Raluca and it was lovely. It was a very relaxing experience, Raluca is brilliant at head massage - applies great pressure, unlike many other salons I’ve been to. It really helped to switch my brain off. My hair feels super soft and my scalp irritation has improved this week. Definately worth the money. It’s a lovely salon set up, easy to get to and has onsite parking. Would definitely recommend!
