The ladies who carried out my treatments were very professional and quick, however lots of set wax was left on my bikini area. I also had substantial regrowth on my legs within a week although this could be down to only just getting into a waxing routine. The treatment room was adjacent to the main salon so was quite noisy and so didn't feel terribly private but overall I was happy with the service I received and the price I paid.
