Got an Express Back and Shoulders, and Yvonne was mindful to ask if there was a particular area I needed targeting. Not only was she kind enough to work on that in particular, but she relieved tension in surrounding areas to keep it from flaring up again. Very happy customer,looking forward to returning in the New Year!
