Booked brow lamination but wasn’t allowed the treatment hadn’t had a patch test.Wasn’t aware of patch test until evening before when I received a very abrupt call from Jenna stating I couldn’t have my treatment.So I arranged 4 a wax with no tint.When I arrived 4 my appointment Jenna was sat in the middle of the salon eating her lunch.When she realised I was her appointment she told her colleague, ‘you can do it, it’s only a wax’ very poor service&Jenna was extremely rude.
