Victoria wasn’t very much confident about what she was meant to do.She kept asking the person at the reception of what the specific nail appointment meant and was mainly worried that she didn’t realize it was that type of appointment so she will have to stay longer. All this was loudly discussed in front of the client, quite unprofessional to be honest. The nails appointment was then rushed and not everything was done properly such as cuticle removal. Disappointing, will book with someone else.
