I got the pamper package and it was such a relaxing experience. The environment was very calming and Sakina was very attentive. The only slight let down was the massage as the timing -there wasn't enough focus on the back and getting those knots out!

This is a great little venue in the heart of Headingley. I didn't have to wait and was made immediately very comfortable. We had a very interesting chat over my manicure, I had a gel manicure and was very pleased with the results. Then I went into the treatment room for my massage. Sakina explained everything and then discreetly left me to get ready. There was relaxing music and my massage was calm and soothing. She really worked at my notty neck and shoulders and was very thorough - fabulous!

Rushed wax meaning lots of hair missed. Extremely painful!! I have had Hollywood waxing done before and never this painful. Lady was 15 mins behind schedule (which was fine, it happens) but she rushed my wax to get back on schedule. (Supposed to take 30 mins and was in, and out in 23 mins. Hairs were not pulled from the root meaning hair has already started growing back. Didn’t feel comfortable, more like an inconvenience! Wouldn’t recommend.
