The salon was clean and the atmosphere was nice, but the waxing experience was disappointing. The wax was too hot, and even after I mentioned it, no real action was taken. I felt a burning sensation during the session, but was told it was “normal.” Later, a pharmacist said it was a burn, and I had to buy ointment. My underarm skin was peeled. Very unprofessional and unsafe.
