Ruslana is so good at what she does but she was running ~35 mins late for my appointment. This was after my appointment had been moved to 1205 from 1220 - I might as well have stuck to the original time I booked! I understand these things happen, but all I needed was a call to ask if I could come in later. Please can communication and time keeping be improved? This would massively improve the service. Many thanks.
Very happy with my gel manicure. Raj was friendly and did a great job. Will definitely go back to get my nails done again in the future.
