The staff were lovely and my nails are stunning. However I was expected to keep my legs held up for long periods and felt like this was not the most relaxing experience. I really did just want to relax without much conversation too however the conversation was a lot and quite forced for the whole hour especially after a very stressful week when one just needs silence and a pamper. Other than that the service was lovely.

Becky was professional and lovely as usual! As it was my first time having legs waxed professionally Becky made me feel at ease and made sure everything was explained. Fantastic!

The threading was great. The lash tech was a lovely girl but the lash application was not great. She didn’t have the right size so she was applying the longer lengths and cutting with scissors (so lashes looked blunt rather than wispy), there were large clumps of glue in my lashes which were laying in odd directions. The end result unfortunately looked awful & I paid to have them removed and reapplied next day. She did mention that it’s not a popular service so this might be the reason.

Becky is lovely. Very welcoming and professional. She explains the treatment well. Lovely clean and relaxing atmosphere. Totally enjoyed my facial! Definitely will be back for another one as well as for other treatments. Superb!!!
