Hair wasn’t dried properly - as soon as I got back to my car it was all frizzy. No hairspray offered. Cut took about 7 mins. Cost me £40 and I could have styled and dried it better myself. Was quite disappointed.

The therapist was amazing but the wax was not good on my sensitive skin and has left some scarring and pain other than that the place is amazing.
