the day we went was a little quiet, but everything else was to perfection for ear piercing. Had no trouble with the piercings afterwards. Really pleasant ladies who made sure you were happy with what you were getting.

Staff were talking in their own language, the hair wash resulted in my sister's back all wet. Haircut was questionable and rollers got stuck in hair, sister had to assist. We didn't get staff we booked with. Won't be going again.

the haircut was fine but she only spent like 10 mins actually cutting my hair. the whole treatment only took 25mins instead of the quoted 40 and felt like she just wanted to get it done quick cos it was the last booking on a Friday afternoon.
