I had a Swedish massage booked today, but staff entered the room three times during my treatment, leaving the door wide open while I was half-dressed. Equipment was taken out mid-session, with no apology or privacy. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. I’ve raised a formal complaint — no one should be made to feel so exposed in a place that’s supposed to offer peace and professionalism.
