Where do I begin? I like to be positive but this was not at all worth £70 or even £65 Firstly it didn’t start on time and I’ve never had a facialist in the room with me as I’m changing so that was uncomfortable and then her phone was not on silent at first and rang and after she put it on silent she kept looking at every notification and even txted back at one point with me lying right there and I hate that she touched her phone and then my face several times - I dont even do that. Awful. No ambience, no music just a constantly vibrating phone and then she left me for 15 min steam (she said because you didnt have a facial for a long time - how do you know?! Had one 2 weeks ago) she and was talking loudly on her phone outside and then 15 min alone with the mask - I suspect she was trying to pass the time to make it 1.5 hours. To be positive I would say that Becky offered water me water but overall this was not even worth half the money. Won’t be coming back ever again!

I had booked for a treatment which started 20 minutes late. The treatment was very painful, not well done and left a lot of wax on my skin. A few days later, I realise that I was scarred from the treatment. Will never go back

Very friendly therapist that seemed thorough but used two types of wax and did not ask if they could use strip wax on top of the hot wax. I think they did it to remove further hairs but I’ve never needed that before. I had a subsequent reaction and was bright red downstairs (looked like I’d been burnt) for over a week and then had issues with ingrowing hairs despite following my normal after care routine. Will not be going back.
