2 hours of absolute bliss. A hydrating spa wrap where I was body brushed all over and then moisturised and wrapped in polythene and blankets. The heat builds up inside the polythene and a wee massage to help relax you. This was followed by a facial. Where I was pampered and relaxed beyond belief. I could hardly speak after the 2 hours I was so relaxed. My skin felt amazing and I was glowing and completely chilled. Amazing is the only way to describe it.
