I didn’t enjoy my experience here. I wanted advice on the best wax to get and instead was greeted with a judgemental, unprofessional beautician who gave biased, self-interested advice. The wax itself was painful and badly done. On top of this I had to wait a long time and they don’t take card. All style and no substance.

Such a great experience here. Staff very warm and welcoming. Lovely decor and atmosphere. It was the fastest (and still surprisingly thorough) wax I think I’ve ever had and she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Merci =)
