The quality of work is of a fairly high standard. I always walk away happy with how my nails look. However, the experience I have is not consistent. Depending on who you get, you might have a better or worse overall experience. The shop has a coffee bar but doesn't use it very well. Also, they only offer drinks to some clients not everyone. On my last visit, I had to ask someone to put cuticle oil on my hands and feet at the end of my appointment because my technician had gone outside to use her phone and forgot about me!

Salon decor was great and refreshing to see a contemporary salon. Pedicure was good and staff were friendly. However they kept getting up to leave me to answer phone / sign for packages etc which was a little distracting.
