The staff are all lovely and just as you would hope. I thought it was a very good wax, and the quality of the wax itself (lycon) was good and hurt less than others. Clearly very experienced professional. I did have a bit of bruising after (not sure how) but a very thorough wax and I would go back.

I didn’t enjoy my experience here. I wanted advice on the best wax to get and instead was greeted with a judgemental, unprofessional beautician who gave biased, self-interested advice. The wax itself was painful and badly done. On top of this I had to wait a long time and they don’t take card. All style and no substance.
