It was such lovely service and the venue is really cool. The manicure although it looked lovely wasn’t 100% and didn’t last much more than the day although I had the polish that is meant to last at least a week.

first of all I need to state that I've been getting facial for the past 10 years so I'm no stranger to face steaming and extractions. The facial was done unprofessionally. I had to wait for 30 min despite booking. The steamer was so hot that I had to tell the beautifician to adjust it. The extraction was a nightmare. I don't mind she's using extractor tool or it's painful but my face wasn't clean. I still have some visible blackheads on my nose. Whilst the redness was subsided the next day but I was left with some red scars which would eventually lead to hyperpigmentation.
