Don't be put off by the fact that downstairs hasn't been fully converted yet, the staff are super professional and friendly. Tina did a brilliant job threading my eye brows and even gave me a mini consultation about my ingrown hairs and how to deal with them. Tina is super lovely and easy to get along with, would recommend
