The downstairs is still being renovated so it’s not beautiful like upstairs yet. The treatment room just had a curtain instead of a door so you could still hear the upstairs music which clashed with the chill out music in the treatment room. Overall I’m happy with my lash extensions, even though they are thicker than I wanted. I’ve had lots of compliments & the application is great. I’ll come back again!

Still one of the best gel nails manicure place in London. I like that they also have OPI soft gel, which gives you different colours from the CND which everywhere else has.
I gave 4 stars because it’s not as good as the first time i visited. The place has a strong polish smell and the staff were rushing the work and a bit impatient in letting me try out 2-3 colours. The mani was still great but the whole process lose the pampering feeling.
