Staff are always so friendly and helpful - booked eyebrow threading last minute too and it was fantastic. Tina was very professional and gave me a full overview of treatments and did my brows perfectly. I’ll be back!

Staff were very nice and respected my wishes 're my pedicure. The ambience is nice and calming. The coffee offered was rather on the expensive side and not really tasty. I would prefer they give single use flip flops to wear. They seem to sterilize all the equipment, which is good.

Coco Rachel Nails & Coffee is a perfect salon at the heart of Fitzrovia. Perfect to go with your best friends! Atmosphere is chic, girly and modern! I loved the concept about having a coffee while doing my manicure, however staff members were not really friendly. They didn't approach to welcome clients and they were a bit rude.
