The saloon is very clean, however the threading room is in a basement that's currently being renovated (not so much of a big deal.) The therapist wasn't gentle and the treatment hurt, she said it was because my 'eyebrows were too hairy', the whole experience was rather uncomfortable but they did look good after the thread. I would recommend if you have a high pain threshold, it was good value for money.
