The shop was new, and so was fairly modern on the first floor. The wax room downstairs is in a new area, so not as nice ambiance as the salon upstairs.

My nails look amazing and the people were lovely. However a shellac manicure took nearly 2 hours as there were far too many customers for the amount of staff so that was the only disappointment
