I made an appointment at 10am this morning for my mom and I for x2 deluxe manicures, booked with two different nail technicians so we can be ready at the same time. I arrived at 9:50 at the salon which was closed so waited in the cold until 10:03 when one of the staff members arrived. Despite the nice interior design, the place is dirty and lacks any kind of sanitisation - plus dirty glasses and empty packaging was left all around from the previous day. The other staff member that was supposed to do my mom’s nails arrived 10 mins late, left the entrance door open so we were freezing all the way during our manicure, and started on my mom’s nails straight away without even washing her hands. Our nails do not look deluxe - service was very rushed, cuticles not cleaned properly, polish done expressly and amateurish as nails were not painted starting from the top so we left with our nails looking like they were done a couple of days ago. 99% of the nail polishes available are visibly old as you can see the cracks and water at the top of them. On top of everything, I paid for one of the manis but not for the other one so I forgot that when I booked it they had a 20% off promotion but I was charged the full price. Also, the place is called ‘Coco Rachel Nails & Coffee’ - we were not offered any coffee or even a glass of tap water. The nail technicians did not say a word to us or even to each other during the whole process and I could tell they felt rushed despite the fact that we were the only customers in the salon... How is this place one of Treatwell’s top rated places, I have no idea

I was very nervous going for a Brazilian wax as have very sensitive skin (& always nervous anyway!) but Fatima made me feel completely relaxed, walked me through everything & made sure I was happy with everything or wanted to take more off or change anything. I'd definitely recommend & will go back again.
