The environment and staff are lovely here, but the lady that did my manicure sped through the painting, so wasn't the best manicure, and then forgot about me while the nails were drying (she was sitting close by on her phone). After asking another staff member, another person came and finished off my nails. I would recommend, but be aware that some staff may not be as hospitable as others.
