Venue is not as nice as the photos. Also therapists are not especially friendly. If you have waxing or threading you are led down to a dingy basement where the treatment rooms just have a curtain - no door. Therapist was ok but missed bits. Also applied products without telling me what they were before. Would not go again, there are definitely a lot nicer salons to go to which have better service,environment and nicer therapists
