Poor service, extremely rude staff & unclean environment. Paid for a deluxe manicure but was in and out within 20mins (it was more like an express manicure) and had to pay extra on top of what I’d already paid on treatwell even though the description stated removal of polish was included. Paint job wasn’t bad but definitely won’t be going back. Wouldn’t recommend!

First time getting a pedicure so nothing to compare it to, but my 50 minute appointment ended up being more than 1.5 hours - which would have been fine if it wasn't over my lunch break. It was really busy so understand that everyone seemed distracted, was seen to by 4 different people throughout, which is fine but seemed a bit odd when swapping over halfway through doing something. Overall happy with the pedicure, my feet are so much softer now which was the main aim. The polish did smudge but that's my own fault for putting my feet straight into socks and trainers!

unlike normally, the manicurist neither applied the exfoliating cuticle gel nor massaged the fingers during cream’ application. that was rather bizarre. otherwise speed-of-light fast, great polish application.
