Paid for a deluxe manicure but nothing about it felt too deluxe at all. Everything was slightly rushed and was left unattended for quite a while in between parts of the manicure. I understand I came at a busy period, but could feel that all the staff felt a bit overwhelmed and I couldn't fully enjoy my manicure experience. The place looked really nice and thought the prices were relatively affordable, so it was a slight disappointment from what I expected. At least my nails were done quite well!
