It was a lovely place and a great gel manicure, but they seemed understaffed for the number of bookings they had even though it was quiet. I had to wait 30 mins before my treatment started. The staff were a bit inconsistent too - the customer sitting next to me was asked if she wanted a coffee but I wasn’t, and then when I ordered my coffee I was told I’d need to wait even though my appointment was earlier than the customer next to me. I didn’t get the coffee until my manicure started so I couldn’t drink it easily. Little things like that were a bit odd. They aren’t major inconveniences but still add up to an inconsistent customer experience.

Had a gel mani/pedi. Overpriced for the service you get. Was in there for 2 hours, appointment started late and wasn’t offered a drink. Results are good but not worth £95.
