In a word, shambles! The place was overbooked by about 4 customers to every 1 technician. I was kept waiting and then when I was finally seen, despite saying 3 times what I had come for (no one bothered to officially book me in) I was given a hurried express treatment and not the one I had paid for. Although they were apologetic and promised to refund the difference it just wasn’t good enough. It quietened down and they seemed better able to cope after the lunchtime rush but I wouldn’t bother booking again at conventionally busy periods as they’re just not well staffed enough.
