I was a little disappointed with my experience at Rachel’s nails and coffee. Although my nails look lovely, the manicure especially wasn’t deluxe. Given the name, I was expecting to be asked if I would like a coffee which didn’t happen and no-one introduced themselves, which would have made me feel more welcome. The polish does look great, but unfortunately the overall experience wasn’t as good as it should have been.
