I really wasn’t happy with the way my French gel manicure was done. It took almost 2 hours! Requested technician change because the white tip wasn’t even and messy and I was in a hurry because I was traveling next day very early morning. (Treatwell also changed my appointment time last minute without my knowledge adding to the waiting time). Now that I’m back from my travels the manicure has already started chipping away - when it’s supposed to last two weeks!!! (It’s been 5 days!!!!!)It’s weirdly change colour form white to GRAY and now it looks awful. Now I have to go back back again to get this sorted. Not pleased at all.
But on a positive note, I must say that Rachel is a very lovely woman, humble and sincere. The place has a warm atmosphere with the whole cafe vibe, and I was given cafe on the house as well as a little gift before I left. So good management nonetheless.
I just hope they will be as accommodating when I go back to get this sorted now.
