I don’t plan to return. I had 4 people work on my nails in one hour and there was no consistency in the service given. SNS powder removal was done by dipping my hands in a bowl of acetone. This is definitely not best practice and it left my hands so dry in the end— for which no one even applied hand. I basically did the removal myself because I was asked to rub my nails as they were in the bowl. I had to get a few nails touched up because staff kept cutting corners.
