Lovely as always. Relaxed vibe, good music, friendly staff at main desk and technicians. Also a nice selection of coffees. Small screens set up at stations between customers and technicians for corona-era safety. Efficient service but no rush, they let you dilly-dally whilst picking colours which I love to do, lol!
My favourite nail place in London, highly recommend.

I love coming here to find peace and relaxation. The staff is so friendly and they are very accommodating to your requests. Rachel’s salon have done an amazing job putting measures in place to make their customers safe and comfortable. I’m so glad they’re open again. 💛
