Thought I’d give them another try after last time ended with cracked SNS nails after 1 week but disappointed again. Had to wait 45 mins despite having made appt (another customer arrived later went ahead with her treatment).
Was told I had to pay extra for colour/ombré - this should be included in the premium price. On multiple occasions I had to tell technician to even out the colour and shape but still left with uneven shape and top coat missing on the ends on left hand. Not worth the money!
