The pedicure was super thorough and Rachel made me feel comfortable as I am super self conscious of my ingrown nails! I booked SNS with tips not really knowing what that was but thought it would be fun for my birthday. Rachel helped me to decide on a style and did a freehand design I loved. There was some noise and work going on next door but all the staff were extremely apologetic about it. Also Rachel didn’t charge me to gel removal on my toes as a bday treat. Thank you!
